Itinerary
On your arrival at the Jaisalmer railway station, have your breakfast and then you will be guided and picked up by one of our local representatives and transferred to the hotel. Check-in to the hotel and relax for some time. Get ready to visit the Jaisalmer Fort. Also known as Sonar Kila, Jaisalmer Fort was built by Rao Jaisal in the 12th century. Enjoy your sightseeing and visit the Gadisar Lake. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay. Â
Enjoy your breakfast check out of the hotel and begin your exploration of the Thar Desert from Jaisalmer. Take a drive to the beautiful Bada Bagh complex and view the wonderfully constructed Jain temples in the Lodurva village. Rajasthan is famous for haunted forts and we will take you to visit one of these this afternoon. The village of Kuldhara is an abandoned village and the Khada Fort about 40 from the village is known to be a haunted fort. From here we then drive to Sam Sand Dunes and check in. Enjoy camel safaris and explore the beauty of the golden hue of the Thar Desert. This is part of your Jaisalmer sightseeing tour packages.
